What we collect

When you create an account, buy a product or ask for support we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), order details and the messages you send us. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

Our software

PC Optimizer and Data Recovery work on your PC. License keys are checked on your PC and are not sent to us. Your files are not uploaded to CareMyPC.

Remote support

Remote sessions only start when you run the remote-access tool and share a session ID. You can watch and end the session at any time.

How we use your information

To deliver licenses and services, answer support requests, send receipts and, if you agree, occasional product news.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing support@caremypc.com.
