Recovered, but won’t open? Repair it.

Can I see my files before I pay?
Yes. Scanning and previewing are free, so you can see exactly what can be recovered before buying PRO.
What can it recover?
Photos (including camera RAW), videos, audio, Office documents, PDFs, archives and more — from deleted, formatted, damaged or RAW drives.
Which drives are supported?
Internal HDDs and SSDs, USB sticks, SD and microSD cards, external drives and disk images. File systems: NTFS, FAT32, exFAT, HFS+ and ext2/3/4.
Will recovery overwrite my lost files?
No. The lost drive is only read, never written. Always save recovered files to a different drive.
Why can some files not be recovered?
Data overwritten by new files, or cleared by SSD TRIM, is gone. Stop using the drive and scan as soon as possible for the best results.
What is the Technician license?
For repair shops and IT technicians: use it on the PCs you service, including the rescue USB for computers that will not start.
How do I activate PRO?
Your CMPC- key is emailed after checkout and saved in My Account. Paste it in the app under License and press Activate — it works offline.
